Targeted outbound for professional service firms
Consultations with the people who can hire you.
Owners, executives, and the households you serve, by the criteria you set, called during business hours from a number in your area code and booked onto your calendar for a real conversation with a partner or an advisor.
Who we call
- Business owners and executives by industry, headcount, and title
- Households by the criteria your practice needs: property, life event, income band
- Your own past clients and dormant inquiries, if you add reactivation
The appointment
- A 20 to 30 minute consultation, on your calendar, by phone, video, or in the office. The prospect is told who they are meeting and why. Confirmed and reminded twice.
Campaigns that fit
- One practice area, one offer, one script per campaign
- Referral-partner outreach: the CPAs, brokers, and lenders who send you work
- Renewal and annual-review campaigns on your own book
One system
AI finds leads. Humans build trust.
AI builds and scores the list to your criteria and scrubs it against the federal and state Do Not Call registries. A person makes every first call from a number in your area code with your company name on the caller ID. Confirmed by text, reminded twice, every appointment on a board in your client room. Every appointment that counts was held, or it is replaced free.
Pricing
Priced per held appointment.
One desk is one dedicated setter and 15 held appointments a month. The rate follows what a held appointment is worth to you, and it is set on the call after we do the math together with your close rate and your average job. Three ways in. No annual contracts.

- Converts to a desk if it works. Setup fee waived

Run the machine yourself
A one-time, quoted build of the same system we run for our clients, inside your business. Dialer, lists, scripts, objection handling, CRM pipeline, text sequences, reporting. We train your person. Then it's yours.
For owners who'd rather run the machine than rent it.
How it is billed. The Pilot is paid once, before dialing starts. A desk is three months to start: paid in halves, half when you sign and half the day dialing goes live, or monthly at a small premium with the setup fee at signing. From month four it is the monthly rate either way and you can stop any month. Setup is paid once per account and covers the list build, your number, scripts, calendar hookup and the text sequences.
One guarantee: every appointment that counts was held, or it is replaced free. Held means the prospect was there for the appointment. A no-show is rebooked or replaced free until it is held; a prospect who didn't meet your criteria is replaced free. Conditions: outcomes reported within 72 hours, criteria unchanged mid-month, calendar open as agreed at kickoff.
Bring two numbers to the call: your close rate on a set appointment and what an average job is worth. We do the math with you on the screen, and the rate comes out of it. Pre-storm and pre-winter campaigns fill first.
Questions
professional service firms, specifically.
Can you make claims about outcomes for a law or accounting firm?
No, and we do not. The script says who you are, what you do, and asks for the conversation. Your compliance rules go on the criteria sheet and the script before the first dial.
Who takes the appointment?
Whoever you name: a partner, an advisor, an intake coordinator. The appointment is held when that person and the prospect are on it.
Do you call individuals or businesses?
Either, by your criteria. Business lists are dialed in business hours. Consumer lists are scrubbed against the Do Not Call registries first.
Fifteen minutes.
We'll show you the board.
Get on a screen share and we'll walk you through our live dial board. Real numbers, real recordings, real dispositions. If it looks like nothing, you've lost fifteen minutes.
