Setup is paid once. It covers the list build, your number, scripts, calendar hookup and the text sequences. All in for the first three months: Full Desk is $16,000, Exclusive Desk is $22,000. After that it's the monthly rate and you can stop any month. Held means the prospect showed up, in person or on the call. Anything else gets replaced.

What counts as a held appointment?
The prospect met the criteria you gave us, the appointment was on your calendar, and they showed up, in person or on the call. That's what you pay for. Nothing else counts.
What happens if they don't show?
Replaced free. Same if they didn't meet the criteria you set. If they showed up, qualified, and didn't buy, that's a held appointment and your close rate.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No annual contract. The Pilot is 30 days and you owe nothing after it. Full Desk and Exclusive Desk are a three-month agreement to start, because a campaign takes that long to prove itself, then month to month. After the first three months you can stop any month.
Can I lock out my competition?
On Exclusive Desk, yes. One company per niche, per market, anywhere in the country. If a competitor asks for your market, they're told no.
