Compliance

How we reach out without getting you in trouble.

Outreach by phone has rules. Most of the companies that gave it a bad name ignored them. We don't. Here is exactly what we do on every campaign.

The rules we run on

Every campaign. No exceptions.

Do Not Call
Every list is scrubbed against the federal Do Not Call registry and your state's registry before every campaign. Anyone who asks us not to call again goes on an internal do-not-call list the same day and is never contacted again, for you or for anyone else.
Calling hours
Commercial lists are called during business hours in the building's time zone, and never outside 8am to 9pm. No holidays, no weekends.
Caller ID
Your company name and a number in your own area code. No spoofing, no rotating numbers, no hiding who is calling. When they call back, it rings where you tell us.
Recording
Calls are recorded for quality and for your review. Where state law requires consent to record, we get it on the call before anything else is said.
Scripts
No pressure tactics, no fake urgency, no claims we can't back. We say who we are, who we're calling for, and why. If the answer is no, we say thanks and hang up.
AI voice
A person makes the first call to every prospect, and the calls after it. An AI voice never makes a first call: federal rules treat an AI voice as an artificial voice, which needs the prospect's prior consent, and a new prospect has not given it. After that first conversation, the relationship builder assigned to your desk decides whether a follow-up, a confirmation, or a reminder is handled by our AI assistant, and only where the law allows it. The assistant identifies itself as an AI at the start of every call.
Your data
Your introductions, the research file that comes with each one, and your recordings are yours. Nothing is shared, resold, or reused for another client. The market lock keeps commercial roofing in your market to you.
What this is not
A description of how we operate, not legal advice. Calling rules vary by state. If your state has its own rules, we build the campaign around them.

Get your market takeoff.

You measure a roof before you price it. We measure your market the same way: how many buildings fit, who picks the roofer for each one, and what that is worth to you. It takes thirty minutes on a screen share.
