The terms for the site, the calls, and the texts.

These terms govern your use of the killeroutreach.com website, our phone and text messaging programs, and, for clients, the appointment setting services provided by Killer Outreach LLC ("Killer Outreach," "we," "us"). By using the website, agreeing to an appointment on a call with us, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Program. Killer Outreach sends text messages to confirm and remind people about appointments they agreed to on a phone call with us, on behalf of the business they agreed to meet, and to communicate with clients about their campaigns. Messages come from a number in the client's area code with the client's business name.

Consent. By agreeing to an appointment on a call with us and providing your mobile number for confirmations, you agree to receive text messages about that appointment from Killer Outreach on behalf of the client. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Clients consent to campaign-related messages in their service agreement.

Frequency. Up to three messages per appointment: confirmation at booking, a reminder the day before, and a reminder the morning of. Message frequency varies with the number of appointments you have with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. Killer Outreach does not charge for text messages.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. You can also opt out by contacting hello@killeroutreach.com.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact hello@killeroutreach.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy. How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We call homeowners and businesses on behalf of our clients to offer appointments. Calls are placed between 8am and 9pm in your time zone. Lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries before every campaign. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; where the law requires consent to record, we ask for it at the start of the call. You may ask not to be called again at any time and we will honor that across every campaign we run.

The website is provided for information about our services and to book a call with us. You agree not to misuse it: no scraping, no attempts to breach its security, no use that violates the law. Content on the site belongs to Killer Outreach LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Booking is handled by a third-party scheduling tool under its own terms.

Appointment setting services for clients are governed by the service agreement signed at the start of the engagement, which includes plan terms, pricing, the definition of a held appointment, the replacement rule, and billing. Where these website terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls. Prices and plan descriptions on the website are current at the effective date above and may change; a signed agreement locks the price for its term.

Appointment counts, guarantees, and remedies are exactly as stated in the pricing on this site and in the client's service agreement, and no more. We do not guarantee that any appointment results in a sale. Information on this site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from prospects who do not become customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Richmond County, Georgia, unless a signed service agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
