How it works
The list. The calls. The calendar.
How a campaign runs, the first week from paid to dialing, and what lands in your inbox every Friday. No mystery in any of it.
How it works
You sell. We dial.
Most businesses don't have a lead problem or a closing problem. They have a nobody-wants-to-make-a-thousand-cold-calls-a-week problem. That's the part we take.
- 01 /
The list
Your market, built to your criteria. Homeowners in your zips, companies in your niche, whoever you want on the phone. Filtered down to the ones most likely to need what you sell.
- 02 /
The calls
About 1,500 a week from a number in your own area code with your company name on the caller ID. A person makes the first call, every time. Confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups run through our AI caller, and it says so on every call. Every list is scrubbed against the Do Not Call registry before we dial.
- 03 /
The calendar
Appointments land on your calendar, in person or on a call, confirmed by text when booked, reminded the day before and again that morning.
The first week
Paid to dialing in five days.
Nothing to install on your side. You give us a criteria sheet and an hour, we do the rest. This is not telemarketing: nobody sells on the call, nothing is quoted, and the only thing we ask for is a time on your calendar.
- Day 0
Paid. Kickoff call booked before you hang up.
- Day 1
Kickoff: who you want on the phone, what counts as booked, your calendar hours.
- Day 2
List built to your criteria and scrubbed against the federal and state Do Not Call registries.
- Day 3
Your number in your area code, your name on the caller ID, the script written with you.
- Day 4
Calendar test. Twenty live dials with you listening. The opener gets fixed.
- Day 5
The dial block starts. It runs at the same hours every weekday from here.
In every plan
No line items, no surprises.
- 01A number in your own area code with your company name on it
- 02Every list DNC scrubbed, federal and your state's registry, before every campaign
- 03Booked straight to your calendar, no data entry
- 04Three touches per appointment: confirm, day before, morning of
- 05Exclusive appointments, never shared or resold
- 06Weekly report of calls, conversations, booked, showed
- 07Shortfalls roll forward free
- 08Calls made 8am–9pm in your customers' time zone, never outside it
Every Friday
One page. Four numbers.
The report is the same every week so you can read it in a minute and see the trend without asking.
- Dials, reached, conversations
- How much of the list we got through and how many real conversations it produced.
- Booked, held, replaced
- Against your monthly number, with the rollover shown if there is one.
- What we heard
- The three objections that came up most and what we changed in the script because of them.
- Next week
- Which zips or segments we dial next and why.
Every call is recorded. Ask for any of them. Read the guarantee for what happens when a number comes in short.
The guarantee
Booked. Confirmed. On your calendar.
- Didn't meet the criteria you gave us.
- Replaced free.
- Short of your monthly number.
- The difference rolls forward free.
- Confirmed, reminded twice, didn't show.
- Counted as booked. Three touches is the most anyone can do short of driving them there.
- Showed up, qualified, didn't buy.
- That's your close rate, not our problem to fix.
