The guarantee
Booked. Confirmed. On your calendar.
The whole promise, in plain words. What counts, what gets replaced, what rolls forward, and the three things we need from you for it to hold.
What happens when
Four cases. Four answers.
- Didn't meet the criteria you gave us.
- Replaced free.
- Short of your monthly number.
- The difference rolls forward free.
- Confirmed, reminded twice, didn't show.
- Counted as booked. Three touches is the most anyone can do short of driving them there.
- Showed up, qualified, didn't buy.
- That's your close rate, not our problem to fix.
The words
What each one means.
Booked
A date and time the prospect agreed to, on your calendar, confirmed by text. This is the promise.
Held
They showed. We track it and report it every Friday. We do not guarantee it, because we cannot drive them there.
Replaced
A booked appointment that didn't meet your criteria comes off your count and we book another one at no charge.
Rolled forward
Come in under your number and the shortfall is added to next month's number. Still short at the end of your first three months? We keep dialing free until you have had every appointment you paid for.
What counts as a DQ
Facts, written down first.
An appointment is a DQ only if it fails a criterion that was on your approved sheet before the month started, and the miss is a fact about the prospect at booking that the recording or the appointment itself can show.
You can put on the sheet
- Owns the property, or is the decision-maker, or the decision-maker will be there
- Inside the zips or counties on your sheet
- Home, roof, or system age band. Value band. Property type
- B2B: title, industry, headcount, location
- Agreed to meet about the service on your sheet, not something else
- Wants the work inside a window you named
- Not a renter, not a recent customer, no open quote from you, not on your do-not-call list
The test: can the prospect answer it yes or no on a call, or does the list data already say it?
Never a DQ
- Didn't buy, price shopping, "just wanted the free quote"
- The offer was a free estimate. That is what they came for.
- Budget, credit, ability to pay
- Unless a budget question is on your sheet and we asked it.
- Rude, difficult, "not motivated"
- Held. That is your close rate.
- Changed their mind after booking
- A cancel or a no-show, handled by the three touches. Not a DQ.
- Sold the house, hired someone else the day before
- Circumstances after booking are nobody's miss.
- Your rep was late, lost, or did not show
- Held.
- A criterion added after the booking or changed mid-month
- Criteria change at the start of a month, in writing.
Name the failed criterion within 72 hours. We check the recording inside two business days. If it holds, it comes off your count and the replacement is booked from the same campaign. If we never asked the question, that is our miss and it is replaced. If we asked and the prospect answered falsely, it is replaced anyway. The recording decides disputes. If more than a quarter of a month's appointments get marked DQ, we reopen the sheet together, because either the criteria are wrong or something else is.
Your side of it
Three conditions.
They are the same three on the pricing page and in the agreement. Nothing hidden, nothing added later.
- 01 /
Outcomes reported within 72 hours
Tell us what happened on each appointment within three days. Held, no-show, rescheduled, closed. Without it we cannot replace or roll anything.
- 02 /
Criteria unchanged mid-month
The criteria you sign off at kickoff are the criteria we book against for the month. Change them at the start of the next one.
- 03 /
Calendar open as agreed
The hours you gave us at kickoff stay open. If the calendar closes, the number pauses with it.
