01 · Who we are

Killer Outreach LLC ("Killer Outreach," "we," "us") is a cold calling and appointment setting company based in Augusta, Georgia. We place calls and send text messages on behalf of our clients to schedule and confirm appointments. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at killeroutreach.com, our phone and text messaging programs, and our client services.

Questions about this policy go to hello@killeroutreach.com.

02 · What we collect

If you visit our website. Standard server logs and analytics data: pages viewed, the device and browser you used, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived. If you book a call, the booking tool you're sent to collects the name, email, phone number, and company you enter there.

If we call you on behalf of a client. Your name, phone number, and address from public records and licensed data sources, plus anything you tell us on the call: whether you're interested, what you need, and if you book an appointment, the date, time, and the criteria answers you gave. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and where state law requires it we say so at the start of the call.

If you are a client. Your business contact details, billing information, the criteria you give us for prospects, your calendar access, your call scripts, and the appointment outcomes you report to us.

03 · Text messaging (SMS)

We send text messages for one purpose: to confirm and remind people about appointments they agreed to on a phone call with us, and to communicate with our clients about their campaigns. We do not send promotional text messages to anyone who has not agreed to an appointment or a client relationship with us.

How you opt in. When you agree to an appointment on a call with us and provide your mobile number for confirmations, you consent to receive text messages about that appointment. Clients consent to campaign-related texts in their service agreement. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not given consent.

Message frequency. Up to three messages per appointment: a confirmation when the appointment is booked, a reminder the day before, and a reminder the morning of. Message frequency varies with the number of appointments you have with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan.

How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message and you will not receive further texts from that number. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@killeroutreach.com.

We do not share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

04 · How we use information

To place calls and send appointment texts on behalf of our clients. To put confirmed appointments on the client's calendar, which means the client receives your name, phone number, address, and the appointment details you agreed to. To keep records of who has asked not to be contacted. To report campaign results to clients. To bill clients. To run and secure our website. To comply with law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising networks. We do not build profiles for anyone other than the client whose appointment you agreed to.

05 · Who we share it with

The client you booked with. If you agree to an appointment, the business you agreed to meet receives your contact details and the appointment information. That is the point of the appointment.

Service providers. Companies that run our phone system, text messaging, CRM, calendar, hosting, and analytics, under contracts that limit them to providing those services to us.

Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or safety.

Beyond that, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information. See the text messaging section above for the specific commitment on mobile information.

06 · Do Not Call and do-not-contact

Before every campaign we scrub calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and the applicable state registry. If you tell us on a call, by text, or by email that you do not want to be contacted, we add you to our internal do-not-contact list the same day and apply it across every campaign we run, for every client, permanently. To make that request, tell the caller, reply STOP to a text, or contact hello@killeroutreach.com.

07 · How long we keep it

Call recordings, lists, and appointment records for a client campaign are kept for the life of that client relationship plus one year, then deleted. Our internal do-not-contact list is kept permanently, because that is what makes it work. Website analytics are retained by our analytics provider under their own schedule.

08 · Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. You can opt out of calls and texts at any time as described above. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide, and we honor them regardless of where you live. To exercise any of these, contact hello@killeroutreach.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are for businesses and the adults they serve.

09 · Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and vendor security reviews to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected people and clients as the law requires if a breach affects their information.

10 · Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after that date means you accept the change.
