One roof in your market. Researched. Free.

Tell us where you work. Within two business days you get a one-page file on one real building whose roof is due: the building, who owns it, who picks the roofer, why now, and the first call we would make. Nobody there has been contacted. It is yours.

What you get

One building. Every fact sourced.

This is the file that comes with every introduction we make. You get one, on a building we picked for you, before you pay us anything.

A 23-year-old metal roof with a new owner

The building
Cold-storage warehouse, 98,000 sq ft, built 2003. Metal roof, about 980 squares. 11 acres, zoned industrial.
Owner of record
An LLC formed this spring for the purchase. Bought the building in June for $14.2 million, well above the county value.
Who picks the roofer
The manager of the LLC. He runs the company that is moving in, and he signs the leases.
Roof history
Permits show two small roof jobs on the office in 2008 and 2019. Nothing, ever, on the warehouse roof. Satellite shows weathered metal in two tones.
Why now
Half the building is listed for lease. Every tenant asks about a 23-year-old metal roof, and the answer decides the deal.
The first call
Not a pitch. Two questions: any trouble with the roof after the summer, and is a lease or refinance coming. A good roof is a no and a relationship. A tired roof is a meeting.

The rules

One per roofer
One roof, one time. Five a week, first come. If the week is full, you are first the next week.
A real building
We pick it from public records in your market: the county, permits, the state filing, the satellite. Nobody there has heard from us.
Yours to use
Call them. Mail them. Drive by. For thirty days we will not research that building for any other roofer.
Two business days
One email from Alex with a one-page file. No sequence after it. No newsletter.
Commercial only
Roofs that are a $100,000 job or more, on privately owned buildings. That is the only kind we research.

Why free? Because it is the fastest way to show you what we do. If the file is good, you will know what a desk of them is worth. If it is not, you lost nothing.

Who you are

Three questions

  1. 01What is a typical commercial roof job worth to you?

  2. 02Where does your work come from?

  3. 03Could an estimator walk one more roof this month?
